Posh Totty Designz was born in 2006 when the owner Katie Barker realised that in order to keep on buying her ridiculously large collection of 1960's Japanese pose dolls she would have to start selling them too, to make way for more. She gained enormous pleasure from owning these unique beauties if only for a short time before she sold them on.

What followed was the beginning of a love affair with all things vintage. She sourced vintage American greeting cards and slowly built up her collection of ladies vintage clothing and accessories.

Unique handpicked pieces were sourced from all over the globe and she began selling in antique shops and vintage style tea rooms.

In 2020, with a loyal following of vintage lovers on Instagram, she decided it was time to cut the cord and go it alone and have her own website. At the same time she saw a gap in the market for vintage dolls clothing and accessories and has for the past few years sourced a wonderful collection of vintage Barbie, Sindy, Sasha, Pippa, and Blythe pieces to name a few. She has also upcycled dolls and made them more gender neutral.

If you would like to get in touch with Katie about anything you see on the website (or just for a chat about all things vintage!) head over to the contact page.

Happy shopping!
